The challenge: being the brand guardian for the last 8 years, putting Landor as the expert agency, over Publicis and Wunderman. Solving everyday client’s needs, developing strategies for all the bank’ products, including credit cards, insurances, mortgage, retirement plans, etc. Lead the migration from Banamex to the merging with Citibank Mexico.
